From the moment I first phoned to closing the door on our way out the service provided was first rate. The apartments were fantastic in the perfect location and the spa tretaments were brilliant with the team delivering them being first rate , all the girls now want the details of servicedproperties for future events they may have to organise- thank-you from us all.

our stay in douglas house was perfect from start to finish, the location was great, all main places in cheltenham were walking distance from the appartement. a realy quiet location with secure,free parking which was a welcome bonus, thank you for an exeptional holiday. we WILL be back again.
